Ørnulf Olsen Aamlid has broad expertise and experience in employment law issues, (reorganization / down-sizing, individual and mass redundancies, outsourcing, transfer of business, employer’s instruction rights, etc.). He also has broad experience related to M&A transactions, including negotiations, leading due-diligence teams and drafting transaction documents.

Ørnulf has a similar experience with the preparation of a wide range of commercial agreements as well as assisting clients in a number of disputes in court proceedings related to various areas of law. He has also on several occasions been engaged as a mediator in various commercial disputes.

Experience
Ørnulf joined Legalteam advokatfirma DA as a partner in 2005. From 2000 to 2005 Ørnulf worked at Deloitte Advokatfirma DA. In Deloitte he was a senior attorney with, among other things, the responsibility for the company's employment law practice group. He also has experience from Advokatfirmaet Hodneland & Co. and from The Supervisory Council for Legal Practice.
