Practice areas
Per-Kaare is an internationally recognized expert in electronic communications law, IT and e-commerce. He has worked on numerous international projects both in Europe and the US and has worked for a number of international clients. His main areas of work include regulatory communications, competition law and contract law, in particular telecommunications operators and service providers, both fixed and mobile.
Per-Kaare has extensive experience with negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts for firms with a strong technological focus. He has assisted in several large outsourcing projects and been involved as senior team member on information technology projects.
Per-Kaare has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence processes, drafting and negotiations of M&A agreements. He has been involved in numerous transactions, many involving technology businesses.
Per-Kaare advices on general commercial legal issues, contract law and corporate law. He has represented clients in several disputes before the ordinary courts and regulatory tribunals as well as merger procedures on national and international level (including the EU merger task force).
In addition to a law degree, Per-Kaare holds a bachelors degree in international business. Combined with several years experience as in house counsel with Telenor, he has a thorough understanding of commercial and technological issues, in particular in the telecommunications field.
