Tore has obtained a diversified experience in providing general commercial law, including corporate law, contracts and negotiations as well as transactions (M&A). He is an acclaimed lecturer within these fields and within project management.

Tore advises clients within different sectors, with a main focus on clients from the finance sector and technology. He often involved with complex projects.
